They were arraigned on separate charges relating to cyberterrorism and internet-related offences, after investigations linked them to a network of fraudulent online activities targeting both individuals and institutions.

The EFCC confirmed that all suspects faced the full weight of the law, adding that their prosecution followed due process in line with the commission’s mandate to clamp down on cybercrime and related offences in Nigeria.

Details regarding the sentences handed down by the respective judges are expected to be made public soon.
