In a bid to empower young boys and create a pathway for their future, the Daramola Dynasty Foundation (DDF) has officially launched the Dynasty Football Academy in Isara-Remo, Ogun State.

The academy, an initiative of DDF, aims to provide opportunities for young boys within the Remo community, keeping them off the streets and equipping them with essential life skills through football and education.

Speaking on the vision behind the project, Adedoyin Adeeso, the club’s secretary, stated, “This initiative is more than just football training. It is about nurturing discipline, fostering resilience, and building a sense of purpose among these young players.”

She noted that the academy focuses on boys aged 13 to 15 years, integrating structured football training with academic and character-building programs.

“The programme ensures they grow not only as athletes but as well-rounded individuals ready to take on life’s challenges,” she added.

Beyond football, the academy provides financial and educational support, covering WAEC and JAMB fees through scholarships. It also includes health insurance to safeguard the well-being of the players.

“A monthly allowance will also be provided to give the boys stability as they commit to building a better future for themselves,” Adeeso revealed.

‘More Than Football’ – Founder Olanrewaju Daramola Speaks

The founder of the Daramola Dynasty Foundation, Olanrewaju Daramola, expressed his hopes for the academy, emphasizing its broader impact on the lives of the boys.

*”This academy represents hope. It’s about giving young boys in our community the tools to dream big, achieve their goals, and become positive contributors to society.

“Through education, health support, and structured training, we’re not only shaping football players, we’re shaping future leaders,”* he said.

Established in December 2024, the Dynasty Football Academy is committed to providing life-changing opportunities for boys in Isara-Remo, ensuring a legacy of empowerment that will extend through generations.

In line with its objectives, the football club will commence open trials between February and March 2025 to recruit new players.

The trials will take place every weekend in February at the Gateway ICT Polytechnic field, starting at 10 AM.

Interested parents, guardians, and members of the public can register their wards via www.dynastyfootballclub.com or contact 07074913999, 08055202538 for further inquiries.
