Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known as Yayi, has congratulated the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, on the occasion of his 60th birthday, describing him as a leader whose impact on the development of Lagos is widely admired.

In a statement personally signed by the Senator representing Ogun West and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, Yayi praised Governor Sanwo-Olu for his visionary approach to governance and his consistent commitment to the transformation of Lagos into a model megacity.

He noted that Sanwo-Olu’s leadership style, driven by progressive policies and purposeful vision, has not only shaped the face of Lagos but also inspired others across the Southwest and the country at large.

“Your Excellency, your visionary governance, progressive policies, and unwavering commitment to the transformation of Lagos into a model megacity are truly commendable,” Senator Adeola said.

He prayed for God’s continued strength and guidance for the Lagos Governor, expressing confidence that his ongoing efforts will yield even greater results for the people of the state.

“On this special day, I pray that God Almighty continues to strengthen and guide you as you lead Lagos State toward greater development and prosperity,” he added.
