Popular TikTok creator, Elizabeth Amadou, widely known as Jarvis, has confirmed the end of her relationship with fellow influencer and live streamer, Hamzat Habeeb, also called Peller, while urging members of the public to stop mocking him and instead offer support.

Jarvis made this known during a live video shared online on Tuesday, as reactions continued to trail Peller’s recent car crash during a livestream on the Lekki Epe Expressway in Lagos, an incident that resulted in his hospitalisation.

Reacting to the comments and speculations surrounding both the accident and their relationship, Jarvis appealed to social media users to desist from making jokes or casting negative remarks about Peller, noting that such reactions were worsening an already painful situation.

“It’s always people will mock me. Because I can see concern about this online. People will mock him. Stop mocking him. Stop shading him,” she said.

She stressed that the accident should not be used to judge Peller’s character, adding that she never portrayed him as a bad person to the public.

According to Jarvis, one of the major challenges in their relationship was Peller’s struggle with emotional control, which she described as an issue that required understanding and collective support rather than condemnation.

“Yes, he cannot control his emotions. He cannot control. That’s the problem. I can control mine, but he can’t control his. We need to join hands together to help him,” she explained.

Confirming the breakup, Jarvis stated that the decision to end the relationship should not be interpreted as abandonment, but as a step taken in the interest of healing and personal growth.

“Peller is a sweet guy. I do not even want it to end, but it has happened. The relationship is not the thing now. It’s not about going back to who we were,” she said.

She added that the separation was meant to create room for improvement rather than silence or hostility between them.

“The solution is let’s put our heads together to work on him. To be better. It is not space of not talking. It is space of this relationship thing. It is over for now,” Jarvis said.

The TikTok creator also appealed to fans and followers to stop spreading what she described as harmful narratives and mockery, urging them to encourage both parties instead.

“Stop your shading. How is it helping. It’s not helping. Don’t use it against him. Encourage him. Encourage us. Help us. Stop using our pain to mock us,” she pleaded.

Speaking further on the emotional impact of the incident, Jarvis said the reactions online had deepened the pain surrounding the crash and the breakup. She urged the public to focus on gratitude, noting that no life was lost in the accident.

“All you people should be saying is thank God for life. Thank God for Peller. Thank God nothing happened to him,” she said.

Jarvis concluded by explaining that breakups do not always stem from hatred, but can sometimes be necessary to restore calm, clarity, and emotional wellbeing for everyone involved.
