The newly constituted board also includes part-time (non-executive) members drawn from across the three senatorial districts of the state: Mr. Ola Judah, Engr. Raphael Abejoye, Mrs. Ronke Bejamin Efurubu, Mr. Adeyemi Abiye Esq., Hon. Bayo Anifowose, Mr. Lawrence Tibiebi Steven, Hon. Aderonke Oladun (South Senatorial District Representative), Mrs. Grace Abebi Aruwajoye (North Senatorial District Representative), and Mr. Dele Adenuoye (Central Senatorial District Representative).

Governor Aiyedatiwa, while congratulating the appointees, charged them to build on the existing progress within the commission and uphold the objectives of the state’s OUR EASE Agenda, which is aimed at promoting equitable development in the oil-producing communities.

“I urge the new board to deepen the impact of OSOPADEC in the lives of our people. The mandate areas deserve accountable, transparent, and responsive governance,” the Governor said.

He further noted that the appointments reflect the administration’s commitment to inclusiveness and regional representation, stressing that “every senatorial district must feel the presence of development and good governance.”

The Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission was established to cater to the developmental needs of oil-bearing communities in the state, with a focus on infrastructure, economic empowerment, and education.
