Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun has appointed Mr Oluseyi Babaseyi as the new Police Public Relations officer of Ogun State Command.
Mr Babaseyi replaced Omolola Odutola as the command’s Spokesperson.
Mr Oluseyi Babaseyi holds an LL.B in Law from the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano, a Barrister-at-Law qualification from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, and a Diploma in Law from Osun State University.
He has served in several operational, investigative, and administrative capacities across divisions and specialized units.
He also has strong experience in police administration and strategic communication, having served as Deputy Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Police Command and as Secretary to the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, where he was deeply involved in command administration and high-level coordination.
Until his recent appointment as the Police Public Relations Officer, Ogun State Command, he distinguished himself in media relations and information management.
