A Lagos resident, Samuel Alozie, popularly known as Promise Samuel on TikTok, has called for a full investigation into the death of his nine month old identical twin sons, Testimony and Timothy, who reportedly died after receiving routine immunisation at the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre in Ojo Local Government Area of the state.
Alozie said he took the twins to the health facility on the morning of December 24, 2025, for their scheduled vaccinations.
According to him, the children became unusually weak shortly after the injections were administered.
He explained that despite efforts to manage their condition at home, including administering paracetamol to reduce fever, the twins reportedly died in the early hours of Christmas Day.
In a viral video shared online, the grieving father alleged that the deaths were linked to the immunisation process, raising concerns about the quality of vaccines administered at the health centre.
He suggested that the twins may have been given expired or fake vaccines, or an excessive dosage.
He also questioned the conduct of the health workers on duty that day, noting that the nurse who administered the injections was not the regular staff assigned to the twins.
Alozie further alleged that the infants were given deworming tablets without his consent, a development he described as troubling.
The father dismissed claims reportedly made by the health centre that food related bacteria caused the deaths, insisting that such an explanation did not add up given the timing of events after the immunisation.
Calling for justice, Alozie appealed for legal and human rights support, expressing fears that any investigation or autopsy could be compromised without public scrutiny.
He said he had buried his children but remained determined to pursue accountability through lawful means.
As of the time of filing this report, the Lagos State Ministry of Health and the Lagos State Primary Health Care Board had yet to issue official statements or release autopsy findings on the incident.
