Governor Ademola Adeleke has appointed Hon. Abayomi Adegoke as the new Chairman of Osun State College of Health Technology, Ilesa, replacing Senator Kola Ogunwale.
According to an official release by Mallam Olawale Rasheed, spokesperson to the state governor has it that the appointment was confirmed in a letter signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Hon. Teslim Igbalaye on June 2, 2025.
“Hon. Adegoke is expected to comply strictly with public service rules and work harmoniously with the institution’s management,” Governor Adeleke stated in the release.
The Governor emphasized the need for “a productive working relationship between the board and management.”
The new chairman brings extensive qualifications including multiple degrees in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University and over 20 years of experience in human rights activism and politics.
Adegoke previously served as Executive Assistant on MDGs (now SDGs) under former Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola.
