Senator Solomon Adeola (APC, Ogun West) has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Mr. Tunde Oladunjoye, the Ogun State Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who died on Friday following a prolonged illness.

This was made known in a press statement issued on Saturday by Chief Kayode Odunaro, the Media Adviser to Senator Adeola.

In a heartfelt condolence, Senator Adeola, who chairs the Senate Committee on Appropriations, described Oladunjoye as a committed progressive, a cerebral communicator, and a man whose work greatly impacted political development in Ogun State and Nigeria as a whole.

“Our party, APC, has lost a principled, loyal, and hardworking chieftain who sacrificed so much for the current administration at both the state and federal levels. His contributions to the effective communication of party policy and governance activities are uniquely unparalleled,” Senator Adeola stated.

He further acknowledged Oladunjoye’s strong support for equity, justice, and humanitarian causes, describing him as a man of integrity and generosity.

“Getting to know Oladunjoye and his principled stand on issues of Ogun State politics and indeed national politics made him an ally. It is unfortunate that he died at this time. May his gentle soul rest in peace,” he added.

The senator extended his condolences to Oladunjoye’s immediate family, the people of Ogun State, and the APC family, praying for the strength to bear the irreparable loss and for the peaceful repose of the deceased’s soul.
