Senator Solomon Adeola, chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations and representative of Ogun West, has commended Hon (Princess) Adesola Ayoola-Elegbeji of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for her resounding win in the by-election for the Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North Federal Constituency.
According to a statement released by his media aide, Chief Kayode Odunaro, Senator Adeola said the victory reflects the constituents’ approval of the late Hon Adewunmi Onanuga’s work and their desire for a continuation of effective representation in the National Assembly.
“I congratulate the leader of our party in Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, and the party executive for this clear win with Hon Ayoola-Elegbeji as the candidate. Her victory endorses the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and recognizes the good work of Prince Abiodun in piloting the affairs of the state,” he said.
The senator, who also chairs the Ogun State National Assembly Caucus, expressed his readiness to welcome Hon Ayoola-Elegbeji to the National Assembly and assured that she would receive maximum support to continue delivering results for her constituents.
