The Ogun State House of Assembly has referred a petition against Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo to its committees on Justice, Ethics, and Public Petitions, as well as Lands and Housing, following allegations of harassment and intimidation in a land transaction at Bluestone Garden City, Mowe.
The petition, filed by the CEO of Arc-View Investment Limited, Segun Oshundairo, accuses Ashimolowo of misconduct in dealings related to the estate development.
House Committee Chairman on Justice, Ethics, and Public Petitions, Hon. Oluseun Adesanya, presented the petition during plenary, providing a summary of the allegations.
In response, Speaker Rt. Hon. Oludaisi Elemide directed the relevant committees to summon the parties involved for further legislative deliberations.
