Italian football giants Juventus have confirmed the appointment of Igor Tudor as their permanent manager for the 2025-26 season.
Tudor, who initially took over as caretaker manager in March following the dismissal of Thiago Motta, successfully guided the team to a fourth-place finish in Serie A, securing Champions League qualification.
Juventus’ new General Manager Damien Comolli announced the decision, stating:
“We have decided to continue with Igor for the FIFA Club World Cup and also next season.”
The Croatian coach, a former Juventus player (1998-2007) and assistant manager under Andrea Pirlo (2020-21), was initially set to leave after the Club World Cup. However, his impressive turnaround of the team’s fortunes taking them from fifth place to Champions League qualification in just nine games earned him a permanent role.
Tudor has previous managerial experience at Lazio, Marseille, and Udinese.
