Chief Dr. Abiodun Oladimeji Lasile, the Orunto Baalufe of Owu Kingdom, has congratulated Engr. Kayode Adeniji on his emergence as the Global President of the Lisabi Grammar School Old Students’ Association (LIGSOSA), describing him as an uncommon leader whose life embodies excellence, hard work and service.
In a goodwill message, Lasile who is also the Founder and Coordinator of The SixthSense Initiative and Sixth Sense Series Publications, celebrated Adeniji as a shining example of dedication and professionalism, adding that his track record makes him a worthy choice to lead the global body of Lisabi alumni.
“Engr. Kayode Adeniji stands as a testament to excellence, a shining exemplar of a multi-skilled professional with unparalleled expertise in engineering, computer applications, project management and marketing management. His life and career reflect the values we hold dear as Lisabians,” Lasile stated.
Born in Egbaland, Adeniji distinguished himself academically from his formative years, finishing as best student in both primary and secondary school before proceeding to Ogun State Polytechnic, where he studied Civil Engineering and graduated with distinction in 1982. He became the first engineering graduate of the polytechnic to merit the Fellowship award of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
His professional journey spans decades of impactful contributions, handling landmark projects in roads, bridges and buildings, while also serving in leadership positions across corporate and engineering institutions.
He further obtained an MBA in Marketing and became a member of several professional bodies, earning widespread recognition in his field.
Beyond his professional achievements, Adeniji is happily married to his wife, Toyin, and they are blessed with children. His colleagues and associates describe him as a leader who inspires by example, committed to service and excellence.
