Isaac Fayose, younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor Ayo Fayose, has thrown a jab at the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, over his frequent appearances on television.
In a post shared on social media, Fayose sarcastically questioned the cost of Wike’s regular media outings. “How much does Wike pay all these TV stations for these weekly appearances ♂️,” he wrote.
The remark comes amid rising criticism that Wike has been consistently in the news, either through press briefings, interviews, or public events, since assuming office as FCT Minister.
Wike, a former governor of Rivers State, has remained one of the most vocal figures in Tinubu’s cabinet, often making strong political statements and addressing national issues during his public appearances.
