Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has formally left the Peoples Democratic Party and moved to the All Progressives Congress, deepening the wave of political realignments across the country.
The governor announced his decision on Tuesday during a stakeholders meeting at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
