The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has empowered another set of young entrepreneurs under its Young Millionaires Empowerment Grant, a programme sponsored by the party’s chieftain, Hon. Olumide Jones, aimed at supporting youth innovation and financial independence across Ogun State.
The latest beneficiaries, drawn from Ewekoro and Ifo Local Government Areas, received financial grants and business support as part of the ongoing effort to strengthen local entrepreneurship and stimulate grassroots economic growth.
Speaking during the presentation, Hon. Jones described the initiative as a testament to the PDP’s dedication to youth empowerment and community transformation.
According to him, “This transformative programme continues to demonstrate the PDP’s commitment to uplifting hardworking youths and fostering sustainable economic opportunities across Ogun State.
It is not just about giving money but building a foundation for a generation that can think creatively, act responsibly, and make impact in their communities.”
He added that the empowerment scheme would continue to reach more beneficiaries in the coming months as part of the PDP’s broader plan to promote financial inclusion and economic resilience among young people.
“More beneficiaries are expected to emerge next month as the empowerment drive continues, bringing hope and real progress to even more communities,” Jones assured.
